BBQ Pizza

BBQ Pizza
Summer may be ending, but BBQ season can keep going! You’ll be
amazed at the crispy crust and speedy results of a customized pizza
cooked on your BBQ. Your child will love to help knead the dough.
Ingredients
1 ball of whole wheat raw dough (found near the Deli dept.)
15 oz. pizza or marinara sauce
2 C shredded mozzarella cheese
½ C olive oil
Toppings of your choice – pepperoni, onions, pesto, chicken, etc.

Directions
1. Sprinkle the dough with flour and roll flat with a rolling pin.
2. Spread a thin layer of olive oil on both sides of the dough.
3. Preheat BBQ on medium low (350F).
4. Prepare all of your toppings and set them next to the BBQ.
5. Spray the BBQ with Pam or brush with olive oil (flames may
jump), and place the dough on the BBQ.
6. Let dough cook 5 minutes and flip.
7. Spread tomato sauce evenly and add remaining toppings.
8. Close grill and let cook 8-12 minutes. Enjoy!
