Having company or just planning a special breakfast? Try
this delicious casserole dish that is prepared the night
before.
8 egg
10 slices bread
3 cups milk
2 cups shredded cheese
3 cups sautéed vegetables (mushrooms, peppers, broccoli)
1 lb. sausage, cooked and chopped
2 T. flour
Break bread into pieces and place on greased 13x9 pan.
Sprinkle 1 cup cheese on bread. Add cooked sausage and
vegetables. Beat eggs with flour and milk and pour over
the ingredients in pan. Sprinkle on remaining cheese,
refrigerate over night and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
