Baked Artichoke Spread

This is a great take-along for parties that can be made in advance and bakes just before searing. Delicious with tortilla chips, crackers, pita or French bread.

8 oz can artichoke hearts (NOT marinated in oil)
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
8 oz bar cream cheese
2 garlic cloves, minced
canned, chopped jalapeno peppers, optional

Chop artichoke hearts finely and mix with other ingredients or for a smoother spread, place all ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth. Place ins a shallow ceramic dish and bake 30-45 minutes or until lightly brown on top.
