Lemonade Pie

Here's a quick delicious pie that is perfect for a hot summer day.

1 six oz frozen concentrate lemonade
1 can sweetened condensed milt
1 eight ox container cool whip, thawed
a few drops yellow food coloring, optional
1 prepared graham cracker crust

Mix first four ingredients and whip for 4 minutes. Pour into pie shell and chill for 3 hours. Garnish with lemon slices if desired.

Note: for a lower fat pie, reduced fat condensed milk and cool whip are available.
